Delft is a popular destination and hotel capacity in the city itself can be limited. Participants are encouraged to book accommodation early once registration opens and their travel plans are confirmed.

Staying in Delft is convenient for the conference week, but The Hague and Rotterdam also offer good alternatives with frequent train connections to Delft.
